Fabulous accommodation, the breakfast was gorgeous, brilliant location close to the main tram stops. Individually decorated units and courteous staff. All in all everything was great, yet we had a bit small bathroom.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The location was perfect, just inside the City Wall at Florians Gate and within walking distance of the train station and Main Square. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with reproductions of masterpieces on the walls. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, especially compared to other hotels on the Main Square. The outdoor seating was a great way to unwind and enjoy the evening. Additionally, the self-service laundry facility nearby was convenient and affordable.

Facilities were great too. The hotel had a very central position really close to the main tram stops and the pedestrian area and the old town. Again, not far from a medieval Gothic gate tower.

We would recommend it to all as staying here was great. The venue is relaxing, food is great, perfect location right in old town. Old Town district certainly deserves to be visited.

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. the rooms were tastefully decorated and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. the location was ideal, just a short walk from the main attractions and surrounded by pubs and restaurants. Plus, the continental breakfast offered a wide selection of food and a lovely outdoor seating area.

This was not mentioned beforehand and caused a lot of inconvenience.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was so close to the main square and also conveniently close to the train station with airport connection. We could easily walk to all the major attractions and museums that were open during our visit in April. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Despite the bustling location, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful it was inside the hotel. The breakfast offered a fantastic range of options, and I also had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant, with the staff assisting me in choosing the perfect wine. The fantastic location, combined with the affordable price, made this stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Krakow.

The breakfast was delightful, with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes to choose from. it was a fantastic experience.
